How can I maximise my experience with PreCared?
 
We accept products that have ample life left in them to justify a purchase by your contemporary. We list only special-wear apparels and accessories for women on our website; we are more flexible with children's dresses and shoes.
 
In case of baby gear, we will sanitise them once we receive them at our facility and they are found to be safe and in good condition. For apparels of women or children, it is mandatory that you dry-clean or launder them before a pick-up is scheduled.
 
We accept baby gear only from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane where we will personally pick them up from your residence. In case of everything else i.e. apparels, accessories and home furnishings, we source them from across the country.

Categories
- Breast pumps that are any brand other than Medela
- Baby gear that is unsafe
- Clothes for new-borns and infants such as rompers, one-sies and fleece
- Non-branded clothes and accessories valued at less than Rs 500/-
- Branded kids' regular wear valued at less than Rs 500/-
- Branded regular wear apparels for women like T-shirt, tops and so on or regular maternity wear like nighties, T-shirts, capris and such
- Lingerie or beach wear for women
- Womens' regular-wear dresses or girls' frocks that have been stitched

Condition of valuables
- Baby gear that show visible wear and tear
- Baby gear where the paint has chipped off a lot
- Furnishings and furniture that show wear and tear
- Clothes that show signs of excessive usage - bobbing of threads, threads pulled off
- Clothes that may have some defects - stains or discolourations on the fabric, threads or embroidery having loosened, fallen beads, metalwork dulled, ripped seams, defects in the work
- If the fabric or quality of work on the dress is of inferior quality
- Footwear that show excessive wear and tear - scuff marks on shoe, worn-out inner sole
 

Terms & Conditions to sell:
 

- Since this is a marketplace model, payment will be transferred once the product is sold

 

- You may intimate us of the price you have purchased it at; however, the final pricing will be arrived at basis the current price, brand, category, demand and worn condition of the product. Please check our pricing model for details.

 

- The price decided by our team of merchandisers will be final; you may choose to accept the pricing or decline to list the product.

 

- All information about the exact stage of progress will be updated on your seller dashboard against the product listing. You will be intimated about updates via e-mail and SMSes

 

- Style

1) All apparels (be it women's or children's) has to be dry-cleaned before the pick-up from your residence is scheduled. PreCared will not be taking it up

2) Authentication of relevant accessories is undertaken by us before we list the product. we authenticate them before listing. We avail services of Authenticatefirst.com, aleading authority for high end Designer authentication based out of the United States of America. We charge Rs.500/- for each imported or branded product which are above Rs.5000/- to authenticate product. This amount is refunded as soon as the authenticity is proven.

- We hold any product for a maximum of 90 days with us. If the product is not sold within the first 30 days then we can choose to reduce the price of the product after consulting with you.

 

- Amount transfer

1) The sale value will be transferred to your account within three days of the product being sold. Our fee of 30% and a service tax of 14.5% is chargeable on this amount. The net value after these deductions will be transferred to you.

2) You may review the status of your product real-time from your seller dashboard.

 

- Product recall

1) The ownership remains with you, and it can be recalled at any time until the product is sold. We will deliver back in 3-5 working days.

2) In case of a recall, you are not liable to pay anything in terms of courier or sanitisation that we may have undertaken.

3) We are responsible for the products and are liable to pay the price at which it is listed if the product is not given back to you.
